Enclosed we beg to hand you copy of agreement granting licence for use of phonoplex patents in the United States. ## Our Canadian agreement, now being prepared, will be amended to Embody Canadian patents and applications, while the terms relating to Royalties will be in accordance with our former communication to you in which they were quoted. It will also be modified regarding the number of sets of instruments for preliminary circuits, and exports expenses--In all other respects it will be the same as the copy now forwarded to you. We send this letter so that you may reach a decision without further delay.
