Referring to your favor of the 29th. ulto., I beg to say that I am so very busy that it would be impossible for me to undertake to write an article as you suggest. Even if I had the time to write an article, I should not care to take up the question you refer to in regard to earth currents, as this matter is at present time simply an idea and requires a great deal of experimetnal work before anything much can be said about it.
