- Title

- Editor's Notes
- I have just received a telephone message from Mr. Edison at his house at Orange requesting me to ask you if you could possibly favor him with a permit for himself and family to view the fireworks from the top of the Washington Building tomorrow, Thursday, night. If you can oblige Mr. Edison, he will esteem it a great favor. He would write you himself, but would not have time to reach you during the day, as he will not be in the City. There will be six in Mr. Edison's party.
