Editor's Notes

Double wound dynamo ussd as converter turns out great success, runs double speed splendidly and by reduced armature redistance (?) coverts to double the amperes over simple dynamo, no sparking or attention as one coil neutrailizes magnetism of the other we adopt it for New York having one station on river and number distributing stations with small areas with regular three wire system, inexpensive cellars used for distributing stations- Call Rau and Ratnaus attention get patents and gigure their out as against Zipernowsky (?) which is impracticable (in) this country owing lack economy and danger.
