I send you herewith two mintue books of the European Co. The only mintues not entered in the books refer to a meeting of the Directors held which appointed Mr. Edison and Mr. Batchelor Committee with full authority to give the Power of Attorney of the Company to Mr. Villard or Mr. Upton, or both of them jointly, as the Committee might decide. I think if you read the minutes over you will get a general idea of the European Co's affairs. If you will please note in the book as you through the minutes what other information you require, I will do my best to supply you with it.
