- Referring to your letter of yesterday's date, I beg to say that I have received the following from Col. Geo. E. Gouraud: ## "Don't {illegible} cable Tower Bell Company as {illegible} except through me trouble receiving everything fully cable name German telephone patent office. Shares withdrawn from Hotel Brussels." ## I don't understand his reference to German Telephone patent underlined above. Will you interpret it?
