- In reply to your letter of the 27th of July, I beg to say that I would be glad to have Col. Chailee introduced to my friend Mr. Frazer, the Corcan Counsel whose office is in New York. Mr. Frazer is interested in lighting in Corca, and has handled considerable business for us, and it might be mutually advantageous if these gentlemen were to meet each other. You can arrange this matter with Mr. Tate.
