[document is heavily damaged] Dear Sir:- I enclose herewith to draft a agreement for the sale of property, Lydia Rope Thomas A. Edison warranty deed unexecuted Lydia L. Ropes at to A. Edison and warranty deed Chas Farrand and wife to David M. Ropes dated Feb. 1, 1988. I also send you under separate core sample of the property referred to in the above document. Will you kindly examine the prepared agreement and let me know if [xxxxx several words smeared out] to prosecute. The property is not deporting in this agreement reform being made in the description included in the dead. This description should be available, I prepare with the map sent you herewith. I asked Mr. Ward to make a survey of this property, but he referred me to this to this map and said that a further survey would be [---- overstruck] unnecessary as the boundaries are clearly indicated on this map.
