"We are ready to be connected and have a meter placed for city water. ### I understand that a special rate to persons concerning up to 100,000 gal/per annum is given of [unclear] per 1000 gal. As we shall certainly consumer 1,000,000 gal and quite likely double that amount I write to ask if your board could not make us a special rate lower than the above stating the [unclear] supplied that such rate is good for."
