- Editor's Notes
- "Hundred thirty five thousand total required erect and fill factory and leave enough for current business. A deferred share equals a regular share after regulars receive twenty five percent only sixty four thousand deferred issued and placed in trust and they receive nothing in liquidation. This leaves me ninety two thousand and for sale hundred forty four thousand. Have already sold thirty thousand of these. If you take balance of regular shares will divide profits in deferred with you money must be deposited in New York subject to draft of Company during May June July August cannot enter into contracts for buildings without cash in bank. This factory is essential for general success of operating companies."
