Title
[LB027372], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to German National Bank, December 12th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"I regret not being able to go to Newark myself this morning to see your cashier in regard to the subject of our telephone conversation of yesterday, but will do so later in the week. ### I send by bearer two notes of the Edison Machine Works for $5000 each for discount. The amount which you have now under discount for us is $10,000 which I find you will be relieved of on the 13th and 15th $5000 on each day [unclear]. The notes now sent open will not before increase the amount of our accommodation expect for a day or two." Yours truly, A.O. Tate
