Title
[LB027891], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to George Frederick Barker, January 24th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"I have your letter of 220 instant. I am very sorry that I cannot furnish you with a phonograph at present. The only ones I have are those in the Lecture Room, used for musical experiments, and the one which I am working on myself. We will have plenty of phonographs in a couple of weeks, when the factory will be running them out in quantities. I will then be very glad to let you have one to exhibit to your friends." Yours very truly, [signed] TAE
