Title
[LB027958], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to John C English, January 28th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"It seems that somebody from the Laboratory has been ordering material from the Russell and Erwin M'f'g. Co. I have received from them a most impertinent letter, and I am greatly annoyed after the instructions which we gave, that no material should be ordered from them, to find that some one has disobeyed these orders. We want to have absolutely nothing to do with these people, and I hope that I will not again we obliged to call anyone's attention to this. Who was the messenger who ordered this bill of goods? It specifies bolts, sledge handles and cabinet locks." A.O. Tate
