In reply to your letter of 31st ult. to Mr. Edison, re argument before the Board of Examiners in Chief of the three phonograph cases which have been appealed to them, on 7th instant, I beg to say that we will have a capable man ready to proceed to Washington on 6th instant, and shall instruct him to report at the office of George W.
