- You telephoned me the other day about a man for Frazar & Co., and mentioned something in regard to living expenses. The arrangement to be made with the man whom we send out to Frazar & Co. is, that he will receive a stated salary anywhere up to $100 month, and all of his expenses. It, therefore, cannot be a matter of much interest to the expert what these expenses are, as he will not have to pay them. Frazar & Co. are very anxious to get a good man, and he ought to be selected this week, so that we can get him down here without any further delay." Yours very truly, A.O. Tate
