Title

[LB028253], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Everett Frazar, February 16th, 1889

Editor's Notes

"I will not be in town on Monday, but will try and see you on Tuesday. ### Mr. Insull sent a young man to us, who has been placed in the Phonograph Works, under Mr. Batchelor, and in regard to whom Mr. Batchelor will be able to form an opinion in a day or two. ### I will be prepared to tell you all about your expert early next week, and will at the same time complete all matters now pending with relation to your handling the phonograph in China and Japan." Yours very truly, A.O. Tate
