- Editor's Notes
- "I want to have a contract drawn, on Mr. Edison’s behalf, covering his arrangement with Messrs. Frazar & Co., No. 124 Water Street, New York City, in regard to the sale of phonographs in China and Japan. The principal points are, (1) That Mr. Edison agrees to supply Frasar & Co. with phonographs at factory price- that is, the same price at which they are delivered to the North Am. Phono. Co., plus $10, which latter amount is a fixed profit to Mr. Edison. (2) Terms of payment. (3) extent of sales. I will call and see you some time next week and explain fully to you what is required." Yours truly, A.O. Tate
