Title
[LB028615], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to John Burke, March 12th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"I enclose herewith a bill covering your share of expenses in connection with light supplied to your house in Llewelyn Park from March 1888 to February 1889, both inclusive, amounting to $623.70. The rate, 1 1/2 cents per ampere hour, is equal to gas at about $1.50 per thousand cubic feet, and is calculated to cover just the actual expense of running our engines and dynamos for the accommodation of those who take light from the laboratory." Yours very truly, A.O. Tate
