"In reference to the attached letter from the London Parcels Delivery Co., in regard to an amount of 2-0-0 [?], due them for conveying 10 packages form Crystal Palace to Messrs. Vantin and Newbury’s, as per order of O.S. Wiley, if the amount is correct, will you kindly pay the bill and include same in your next draft on Mr. Edison. I would send remittance direct, but have thought that in the meantime you might discharge the debt, not knowing that the same had been referred to us." Yours very truly, A.O. Tate
