Title
[LB029114], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Hamilton Miller, April 15th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"In reference to the Bloomfield factory, I enclose herewith a bill from the Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company, covering the rent on this factory from January 1st to May 1st, 89, amounting to $200. I have effected an arrangement with this Company whereby our lease of the Bloomfield factory expired on 16th instant, so that the amount due them for rent should be made up to that date and not up to the first of May. Make the amount up in accordance with my arrangement, and we will pay it. It sounds to me that we have made a payment since the 1st of January on this lease." A.O. Tate
