- "Your letter of 15th instant addressed to Mr. Tate, acknowledging receipt of memo. Invoices for phonograph parts sent you and copy of directions for using new spectacle, also inquiring cost of phone, blanks, is duly at hand. ### I telephoned you this morning to the affect that Mr. Tate was absent in Boston – where I think he will be detained the rest of this week- and that # 1 phono. Blanks would cost you seventy-five cents per dozen. ### We are having a number of the "Directions for Using New Spectacle" mimeographed, and when they are ready I will send you a few copies."
