"I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of are instant, in regard to sending a phonograph to the Birmingham Electrical Exhibition. I have to-day written my Agent, Col. Geo. E. Gouraud, Little Menlo, Upple Norwood, Surrey, England, asking him to comply with your request. ### Kindly convey to your Committee my thanks for the kind invitation which they have extended to me to visit the Birmingham Electrical & Industrial Exhibition between August 1st and October 30th next. It will give me great pleasure to accept this invitation if my engagements will permit me to go abroad this year, of which I am at present in doubt." Yours very truly, [signed] TAE
