"I have your letter of 6th instant, asking my copy of agreement under which Mr. Edison held stock of the Edison Phonograph Co. at the time of the sale to Lippincott. ### The document what you want is the [real?] agreement which was made prior to the sale to Lippincott, and of which we have no copy in our files. Mr. Wm. S. Perry will, however, he able to furnish you with this agreement, and I have to-day written him, asking that he place a copy of the same in your hands at once." Yours very truly, A.O. Tate
