Editor's Notes: "I have your letter of 6th instant, asking my copy of agreement under which Mr. Edison held stock of the Edison Phonograph Co. at the time of the sale to Lippincott. ### The document what you want is the [real?] agreement which was made prior to the sale to Lippincott, and of which we have no copy in our files.
