Title
[LB030396], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Edison Lamp Co, Francis Robbins Upton, June 15th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"Mr. Holzer called at the Laboratory the other day, in regard to paying Mr. Edison some money in connection with the new Electric Light [Co?], and also with reference to the transfer of his Lamp Co. stock, which he was unable to exchange in New York, the Secretary of the Edison Gen'l Company not being ready to make transfers. I am unacquainted with the details of the arrangement by which Halzer and others have to pay Mr. Edison money, and I, therefore, advise you of Mr. Holzer's visit, as you are, of course, familiar with the transaction." ### Mr. Holzer [unclear] check, [unclear] Mr. Edison was not here, I told him [unclear]." Yours truly, A.O. Tate
