- "I enclose herewith copy of a letter from Mr. Gustave Stromberg, Secretary of the Westman Furnace Co., together with copy of list of stockholders which he sent to me and which shows all the stock, excepting that issued to Westman and Stromberg. From what Stromberg says it would appear that Westman does not own control, as the capital of the Company is $100,000, fifty thousand dollars being account for in the attached, and the other $50,000 Stromberg seems to say, is divided between himself and Westman, although I am not sure that I read his letter correctly, as it is somewhat ambiguous. I have written him for an explanation, and will communicate with you as soon as I hear from him." Yours very truly, AO Tate
