Replying to your letter of 27th inst., re Edison Phonograph Works Certificate of fully paid stock, I omitted to sign this certificate when in your office yesterday. If you will bring it with you on Monday when you come to the Edison Lamp factory, at Harrison, N.J., to attend the meeting of stockholders of the Edison Phonograph Company, I will sign it there. ### In regard to stock which was issued for services, I will have this changed, so it will appear on our books as having been issued for cash.
