Editor's Notes: "Please accept my thanks for your letter of 14th instant, in regard to new battery. ### Our Mr. Logue will visit Altoona in a few days, and with your permission, will again set up the battery, for another trial, making a few changes which we think will overcome the difficulty you mention. I will send you in a day or so, but Adams Express, two boxes of battery material which please receive and pay express charges on same, which Mr. Logue will re fund to you when he reaches Altoona."
