"I enclose herewith form of assignment of certain electric lighting patents to the Australian Electric Light, Power and Storage., L't'd., which Mr. Edison has signed. I submitted this document to Mr. C.H. Coster, and I enclose herewith a letter from Mr. Coster relating to the same under date 10th inst. Will you kindly read the assignment and advise us if Mr. Edison's electric railway interests are sufficiently protected. Also if you could give us any information in regard to the patents, Mr. Edison will be very much obliged." Yours truly, A.O. Tate
