- Editor's Notes
- Messrs. Dyer & Seely will send you, at my request, a form of assignment of certain of Mr. Edison's patents to the Australian Electric Light, Power & Storage Co., L't'd. This document was forward to Mr. Coster, whose letter on the subject will accompany it, and after the receipt of which Mr. Edison executed the assignment. I believe that the legal representatives of the Australian people in London, Messrs. Waterhouse, Winterbotham, & Harrison, are anxious to receive this assignment, and it now only remains for you to pass final judgment upon their right to the patents in question in accordance with the agreement entered into between that Company and Mr. Edison, copies of which you can obtain from Mr. Coster. Very truly yours, A.O. Tate
