Title
[LB033262], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to New Jersey and Pennsylvania Concentrating Works, Henry M Livor, October 25th, 1889
Editor's Notes
Your letter of 24th instant, enclosing papers relating to the purchase of the Banfield Iron Ore property, has been duly received, and I am returning you herewith letters from Eaton and Lewis and Mr. H.W. Bland. The contracts, which were duly signed by Mr. Edison and acknowledged before Notary Public, I have sent by special messenger to the County Clerk at Newark, for the purpose of having him certify to the Notary's signature, and as soon as the documents are completed, the messenger will proceed to New York and deliver them to yourself. You will have become possessed of them before this letter reaches you. Yours truly, A.O. Tate
