- With reference to your letter of 30th instant, and also your telegram received to-day and confirmed elsewhere, would say that I have arranged with Mr. Ettinger to put up 50 cells in his office for test between New York and Philadelphia. This will perhaps give us a better test than we could get anywhere else on Pennsylvania Railroad on account of the moisture wires crossing Newark flats. Very truly yours, A.O. Tate
