Editor's Notes: We have arranged to give an exhibition of the phonograph at Altoona, Pa., on the evening of December 9th, 1889. You are to take a phonograph and a complete outfit of cylinders so as to give a first class entertainment. Mr. Edison is going to record some Morse writing on a phonograph, and I have told Mr. Logue to set up the instruments tot make this record. A.O. Tate
