- Editor's Notes
- Your favor of 27th, with copy of letter from Messrs. Dyer & Seely has been received. This is the first time that this letter has come before the Officers of this Company (except the ex-President) and upon consultation with Mr. Field it is decided that it is the desire of this Company that you apply and take out patents in foreign countries for all of your improvements in Toy Phonographs. This is of more importance, as Mr. Yeomans is shortly to proceed abroad, to dispose of our foreign rights, and will desire to have copies of all patents, or applications for same. We enclose trading referred to by Messrs. D. & S. Yours very truly, DANIEL WELD.
