Dec. 12, 89 Edison Phonograph Works, Orange, N.J. I enclose herewith copy of a letter under date 11th instant, which I received this morning from Mr. Everett Frazar, containing directions in regard to shipment of new spectacle attachments intended for Japan and Shanghae, formal order for which I sent you December 3rd and wrote you in relation thereto same date. Please carry out Mr. Frazar's instructions in regard to these and expedite their shipment as much as possible. Very truly yours, AO Tate
