Dec. 12, 89 Edison Phonograph Works, Orange, N.J. When Col. Gouraud was here the other day, he said he desired ten (10) phonographs, packed in sets of twos, to be shipped as early as possible. He said that he would confirm this verbal order by writing me a letter, which I have not yet received. When this letter reaches me I will send you a formal order for these machines."
