Dec. 19, 89 Dear Mr. Connery,- In another letter I have explained why your recent letters have not been answered earlier, and have given you Col. Gouraud's address.##In regard to new machines, I presume there are some of them on the New York market, as we have been making shipments of them for a number of weeks past to the North Am. Phonograph Co. I presume you could see them at the office of the North Am. People, #160 Broadway, New York, but if you prefer to come out here, we shall be very glad to show them to you in our factory. Yours very truly, A.O. Tate Private Secretary
