Dec. 21, 89 Messrs Dyer & Seely New York City Dear Sirs:- In our suits for the sustaining of U. S. Patent 248,434, covering the combination of the inverted lamp and the reflector, it is alleged that the corresponding Italian patent has expired by limitation of term. Have you a copy of the Italian patent referred to? If so please send it out to the Laboratory at your earliest convenience, with such information as you may have regarding the facts in the case.
