Dear Sir:-
In reply to your letter of 28th instant, I beg to advise you that a new motor commutator was packed and sent with the phonographs recently shipped to Yokohama, to replace the one returned from your Yokohama house and which you sent to the Laboratory by mail. It was an oversight not to have advised you of this before.
