March 31, 1890 Everett Frazar, Esq., No. 124 Water Street, New York City Dear Sir:- In reply to your letter of 28th instant, I beg to advise you that a new motor commutator was packed and sent with the phonographs recently shipped to Yokohama, to replace the one returned from your Yokohama house and which you sent to the Laboratory by mail.
