Mr. Randolph:-
We are going to bill the Phonograph Works with $4100 given to Mr. A.B. Dick by Mr. Edison for Expenses in Europe, and also the value of 200 shares of the stock of the Edison Phonograph Toy Manufacturing Company.
Please keep this matter on your desk, and I will tell you when it is time to bill it.

We have now the right to bill against the EDISON United Edison Phonograph Company, all the Phonographs which were sent to Europe for presentation purposes.
Please make up a bill for these.
