Dear Sir:-
Please ship on Monday next, for account of Everett Frazar, ten(10) treadle phonographs.
The following is copy of letter received here from Mr. Frazar in regard to this order; you will please carry out his instructions in regard to shipment:
"You will please deliver on Monday next to steamer "HABBIA" New Pier 29, E. [illegible], the 10 Treadle Phonographs ordered April 21st, marking same, FRAZAR & Co., Shanghae E.P.W., (from No. 1 up). To avoid [illegible], I enclose partially filled-up Ship's receipt which placed too.

I consulted Mr. Insull in regard to filling the above order, and he says to fill it that he will take the risk as to the affect.
