My dear Sir:-
I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of 7th instant, in regard to increasing the capacity of the Philadelphia Station. I beg to say in reply that I cannot take direct action in connection with tis matter, as I am not on the executive Board of the Edison General Co., but anything that I can do to assist you in my personal capacity, will be gladly done.
