January 26, 1891. Eugene H. Lewis, Esq., Messrs. Eaton & Lewis, New York City. Dear Sir:- Re Toy Phonograph matter. Mr. Stephenson did not say whether he desired me to be present in the Jersey City Court on Wednesday next when this case is expected to be called.
