Everett Frazar, Esq.,

124 Water Street, New York City.
Dear Sir:-
Referring to your telegram of Saturday last and my reply to same, both of which are confirmed elsewhere, immediately upon receipt of the former, I communicated with the Western Union Telegraph Office concerning the non-delivery of Mr. Edison’s 2nd cablegram to Mr. Vernes of the Paris Edison Company, dated 2nd instant in regard to the Sims-Edison Torpedo, and this morning I received from the Manager of the Orange office of the Western Union the enclosed messages, from which you will see that the cablegram in question was duly delivered at the Paris office of the Edison Company. I duplicated the cablegram as requested, and I enclose herewith bill for cost of same.
Yours very truly,
A. O. Tate
Private Secretary.
