Dear Sir:-
I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of 3rd instant, informing me that at the annual meeting of the stockholders of your Company held at Orange, N.J. on Monday, March 2nd, 1891, I was elected a Director to serve for the ensuing year. This is to signify my acceptance of the said office.
