Dear Sir:-
Mr. Livor is indebted to me in the sum of five thousand dollars. As I have no acknowledgement of this indebtedness, I shall be glad if you will propose it for me in case it should not be convenient for him to repay it now. In this latter case I would like you to get for me some tangible collateral.
