My Dear Sir:
I was unable to see Dr. Goodridge again after leaving you, but left a note for him. He has not yet replied.
I send herewith [illegible text] paper that away tell you what you went [illegible text].
(1) Opinion of Mr. Hayle which he gave me last November.
(2) Abstract of title of Matter & King running back to location under [illegible text] rights
(3) Certificated copy of return of [illegible text] of part of [illegible text]
(4) Report of Bi Centennial Celebration of Board of Proprietor showing map of dividend of New Jersey and giving some historical matter
(5) Prepare and send you later [illegible text] of the whole [illegible text] of part we have purchased and parts purchased by others, also parts of [illegible text] by Mollark King made [illegible text] title. Please acknowledge [illegible text] and oblige.
