Dear Sir:-
Some months ago you were in communication with Mr. Henderson, one of the Directors of this Company, as to the Leland & Chaperon Patents.
This Company as you are aware is the owner of these patents for Great Britain with the exception of Scotland, and as we understand you have interested yourself in them in America possibly you might be disposed to make this Company a cash offer for the Patents.
I shall be glad to hear from you on the subject.
