Jesse Seligman, Esq.,

Dear Sir:-
I enclosed herewith for your perusal, correspondence which has been received frin Mr. J.H. Block of Moscow, Russia with relation to phonograph matters in that country. You will see from this correspondence the way in which the phonograph is being worked in Russia. Mr. Edison is of the opinion that something should be done at once to correct the abuses of which Mr. Block complains.
Yours very truly,
A.O. Tate.
Private Secretary.
