To whom sent, Mr. J.F. Randolph, Laboratory.
I advise having received New Jersey & Penn. Concentrating Works certificate of stock umber 365 for twenty-five shares which has been transferred to Mr. Edison by H.M. Livor in settlement of the amount due Mr. Edison Mr. Livor under contract dated the 19th of June 1890, namely twenty-five hundred dollars. I also advise having received certificate number 366 of the N.J. P. Concentrating Works for 407 shares of stock in the name of Thomas A. Edison in exchange for 500 shares of stock of the Edison General Electric Co., which were given to Mr. Livor together with Mr. Edison’s check for $61, the rate of exchange being 1 23/100 shares of Edison General Electric Company’s Stock for one share of stock of the New Jersey & Penn. Concentrating Works. Please show this message to Mr. Edison.
