Francis R. Upton, Esq.,
Care of The Edison General Electric Company,
Harrison, N.J.
Dear Sir:-
I hand you herewith, tax bill of the township Bloomfield from which I take it that you have never recorded the deed which I made in favour of the Edison Lamp Company the property on Bloomfield Avenue. I do not understand why I am taxed three thousand dollars on Real Estate, it seems to be very excessive.
Yours truly,
A.O. Tate
